LATAUNYA WITHERSPOON

Meet the Owner and Founder of SpoonFed Training -- LaTaunya is an Alumni of Washington State University where she received a B.A. in Sociology and M.A. in Elementary Education; she is also a former track and field athlete. With over 14+ years of experience in fitness and sports, she developed a natural passion for supporting others on their health and wellness journey. As a small business owner, customer satisfaction is LaTaunya's top priority; she has received many awards with recognition for her commitment to excellence, skills, and community support.

REGGIE WITHERSPOON

Reggie Witherspoon began running track and playing football at the age of 7 and competed in 12 National Track & Field Junior Olympic competitions. He was an All State Running Back and Sprinter out of Rainier Beach HS in Seattle, WA. He earned a full ride football scholarship at Eastern Wash University, where he also ran track. Immediately following his football career, he began to coach and train young athletes. Reggie is the Head Coach for Garfield High School.  He has a passion for teaching athletes how to increase their speed and skillsets. He has over 12 years of experience training athletes on speed & agility while focusing on technique. Reggie is a firm believer that proper technique enhances athletes ability in every phase of their sport, with areas of focus , but not limited to core , fast twitch muscle and power.

ELIJAH
BAKER

Elijah is a Master Personal Trainer and specializes in weight loss, nutrition, functional training, sports specific training, and transformation changes. He is passionate about helping others live a healthier lifestyle and be the best version of themselves!Elijah has over 15 years as a fitness professional in different aspects of the field, Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Eastern Washington University where he played collegiate football at. He went to high school at Curtis HS where he was Associated Press Player of the Year for Washington State in football, while also winning 2 state titles in football, and 1 state title in track. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his wife and 4 kids just hanging out and watching movies!

ADAEZE MEDANI

Adaeze aka Ada is a fitness Coach and Influencer. She was born and raised in Seattle, WA. Throughout her life, physical fitness has played a significant role. The foundation of her fitness started at the age of 7 with gymnastics and shortly after was introduced to track and field and played basketball from middle school up until high school. As a college student she rowed for the university of Washington her freshman year and continued to stay active throughout her time in college by using the gym and environment around her. Time and time again she found herself using fitness to relax and reset when her mind is uneasy. Fitness is her medicine. It heals her anxiety and stress, gives her positive thoughts and motivates her to be the best version of herself. It is a confidence booster for her that elevates her drive to begin her day in the positive direction. She truly believes that incorporating fitness into your everyday life is the most effective way to positively feed your mind and give you the energy you need to have a productive day and be the nutrition your mind needs to curve unhealthy habits. She encourages everyone to be actively present in your overall health and wellness!
